I originally started this blog to share stories and connect with others. Then in July I unexpectedly moved to Florida. And then I abandoned this blog.
I have no regrets. Being out there isolated from my family, I truly began to isolate myself and take part of serious growth within my bipolar journey to find stability. While I didn’t quite find stability, I did learn more about myself than I could have ever imagined. And I’m finally ready to share those stories, and connect with people again.
Right before Christmas, I moved back home to my mountains and my family. While Florida offered more career wise than Western North Carolina, I had learned that family meant more. So I sacrificed my career for my family, and I’m okay with it. It’s important to discover what your core values are. The past six months was a truly wonderful hiatus I needed from my life.
Stay tuned as I share Florida stories, bipolar stories, and cute pictures of my dog.
